Shindig tries its hardest to ensure the accuracy of the information in our email, web, and print coorespondences. However, we are not responsible for tournament availability, typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, or omissions. Shindig has the right to cancel any tournaments due to unforseeable circumstances. Below are additional items that pertain to our tournaments and our policies.

REGISTRATION DEADLINES
Outdoor tournament participants are encouraged to pre-register. And day-of entrys will be allowed with no penalty.
Indoor tournaments, however, require pre-registration. Entries received after the deadline date are imposed an additional $20. Spaces are limited. PLEASE REGISTER EARLY!
FORFEITS & WITHDRAWALS (Indoor only)
Should your indoor team decide to withdraw from the tournament 10 days before the day of the event, a service charge of $25 will be incurred. No refunds can be made after this point. This penalty does not apply to Outdoor events.
REFUNDS
Refunds offered only if tournaments or levels are cancelled. Any team whose entry is refused for any reason by Shindig will receive a full refund.
REFEREEING REQUIREMENTS
Teams are expected to referee matches during pool play and in the early stages of playoffs. They will be required to provide a first referee and a scorekeeper. Failure to provide referees in games will result in possible expulsion from current as well as future events.
LEAGUE COMMITMENT
It is important when a team enters a tournament that they understand they are committing to play when called upon. All team captains are responsible for finding eligible players to fill the minimum on-court prequisite. In addition, Shindig has determined it a priority for all finalists to be present for league playoffs. We feel this is not only important to the orderly conduct of the league, but fair to other teams in the competition.
Teams that withdraw from the tournament will result in forfeiture of all standings in the tournament, with a record that will adversely impact future team entries into Shindig Volleyball.
